VEGA is a Psychedelic Rock Band from the Northern part of Thailand.
We could say that our work influenced by the charm of 60s-70s
Psychedelic combining with Northern melody
The band was founded on 2014. We are consisting with the same Music
University classmates. Our early band activities are usually played in local
clubs and bars. On 2015, we have been invited to join the project ’No Signal
Input’, which all the bands of the project are from local area.
We have released our first single with the project on 2016 then on 2017, we signed with
Minimal Records also released our first album ‘Macaron Psych Trip’ on the following year.
The album also have been nominated to the Season Awards on 2019. On the following year,
we have had a very wonderful experience to be working with Howie Be, the one who had
produced music of many famous artist such as U2 and Bjork. Meeting with Howie Be and
having him to help us on preparing the show to be the part of Wonderfruit Festival, which
we had been invited to join on 2020. Moreover, after the festival, we had been nominated
to Kom Chad Louk Awards on the same year.
